Thank you for booking with JustSugar Beauty Bar. Please take a moment to review our policies carefully before your appointment. By paying your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined below. If these policies are not followed, JustSugar Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel your appointment, charge the full cost of the service where applicable, and treat any deposits or other payments as non-refundable.

Bookings & Cancellations
Deposits & Payments
- To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
- Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and verified.
- Please email or WhatsApp a screenshot of your bank transaction receipt as confirmation of your deposit payment.
- The remaining 50% balance is due immediately after your service.
- No deposit, no appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Any refund issued is solely at management's discretion.
- If your deposit is paid in USD, your service will be charged according to our USD price list, and the balance must also be paid in USD. We do not use exchange rates.
- Accepted in-store payments include cash, debit/credit card and WiPay.
- Credit card payments in store attract a 4% bank fee.
- Balances cannot be settled by bank transfer after your service. If bank transfer is being used as a last resort, payment must be completed before the service is done, and proof of payment must be shared.
Location & Arrival
Please arrive prepared and on time so we can provide the best possible experience.
- We are located at 4-6 Fairway Avenue, on the same property as the Temple of Light Church.
- The entrance is on Seymour Avenue. Once on the property, look for the white branded container.
- Upon arrival, please park to the left of our store, then knock or ring the doorbell to let us know you have arrived.
- We do not allow accompanying guests. Any guest accompanying you may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
- We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- After the grace period, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
- If we are able to accommodate you after the grace period, a J$1,000 late fee may be added to your balance at management's discretion.
Getting Ready for Your Service
Proper preparation helps us perform your service safely and effectively.
- For sugaring services, please ensure the area is clean before your appointment. For intimate services, proper intimate hygiene is required.
- We reserve the right to decline service if hygiene requirements are not met.
- Hair should be at least the length of a rice grain to be sugared.
- If the hair is too short, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- If you choose to proceed despite being advised that the hair is too short, JustSugar Beauty Bar cannot be held responsible for the service outcome, and the full service cost will still apply.
- If you are on your period or spotting, please let us know before your appointment.
- We do not perform Brazilian services during menstruation, but we are happy to reschedule your appointment or switch your service to a Bikini or Deep Bikini Sugar where possible.
- Therapist requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment and are subject to availability.
- Same-day therapist changes cannot be accommodated. If you decline to be serviced by your assigned therapist upon arrival, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
- Service downgrades are not accepted on the day of your appointment, except at management's discretion.
Health & Safety
Your safety and the comfort of our team and clients are important to us.
- If you are feeling unwell, please wear a mask to your appointment.
- If you arrive ill without a mask, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
- If you have been in contact with someone who has COVID, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. A negative COVID test is required before booking your next appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we’re always happy to assist where possible. To help us manage our schedule and serve all clients fairly, advance notice is required.
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Notice is calculated from your scheduled appointment start time.
- Cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Same-day or last-minute reschedule requests may attract a J$1,500 rescheduling fee, at management’s discretion.
- All reschedules are subject to availability.
- Eligible reschedules will carry your deposit over to the new appointment date.
- Your deposit may be transferred for up to two reschedules of the same appointment.
- If the same appointment needs to be rescheduled more than twice, a J$1,500 rescheduling fee may apply each time an additional reschedule is requested, or the deposit may be forfeited, at management’s discretion.
- Rescheduled appointments must fall within the same calendar month or within 30 days of the original booking.
- If a new appointment date is not selected within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by management.
- More than two no-call, no-show appointments without prior communication may result in a booking ban.
Gift Cards, Loyalty & Promotions
Please review the terms below before redeeming gift cards, loyalty rewards or promotions.
- Gift cards expire 90 days after purchase.
- Redeeming a gift card after the expiration date will attract a charge of J$1,500 or USD $10.
- Our loyalty programme is managed digitally through Fresha. Points are earned and redeemed through your client profile in accordance with the programme terms available at the time of redemption.
- Loyalty points are earned on eligible service subtotals only and do not apply to taxes, tips, deposits, gift card purchases or other excluded charges.
- Loyalty rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, packages or other offers unless expressly stated.
- Expired points, expired rewards or unused perks cannot be reinstated.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
- Management reserves the right to update, refuse, revoke or decline the application of any loyalty reward, discount or promotion where necessary.

Appointments & Services
- Booking an appointment means you agree to our policies in full, including our deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, payment and service terms.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and verified.
- Services are provided based on the information you share with us before and during your appointment.
- Please disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, recent treatments, sun exposure, pregnancy, hormonal concerns or other relevant information before your service.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the information provided before and during their appointment is accurate, complete and up to date.
- For clients aged 13–17, sugaring services require parent or guardian consent before the service is performed.
- JustSugar Beauty Bar reserves the right to decline, pause, modify or reschedule any service if we believe it may not be appropriate, safe or suitable to proceed.
- We may also decline service if pre-care requirements have not been followed, if there are contraindications, or if the condition of the skin makes the service unsuitable on the day of the appointment.
- Results vary from client to client. We do not guarantee specific results from any treatment, including Sugaring Hair Removal, Laser Hair Removal, Brow Services, Massage Therapy or Intimate Skincare Treatments.
- For laser hair removal and skin treatments, multiple sessions and proper aftercare may be required. Maintenance may also be needed depending on factors such as hormones, hair type, skin type, consistency and lifestyle.
- By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that temporary redness, sensitivity, irritation or other normal post-treatment responses may occur depending on the service performed and your individual skin response.
Products, Pricing & Promotions
- Product availability, service pricing, promotions and discounts may change at any time without notice.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
- JustSugar Beauty Bar reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, service descriptions, product information or promotional details.
- All product sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products once they have been purchased.
- Please review all product details, ingredients and usage instructions carefully before purchasing, especially if you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, are pregnant, or are using prescription skincare or medication.

- JustSugar Beauty Bar reserves the right to decline, pause or reschedule any service if we believe it may not be safe or suitable to proceed.
- By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that results and skin responses may vary based on individual factors, including skin type, hair type, hormones, lifestyle, consistency, aftercare and treatment history.
- Laser hair removal is designed to support long-term hair reduction, but results vary based on hair type, skin type, hormones, consistency and treatment history. Multiple sessions and occasional maintenance may be needed, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
