To ensure every client receives our full attention and the highest standard of care, JustSugar operates by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time and Therapist. Our online booking system makes it easy to browse treatments, view pricing and reserve your appointment.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll happily transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to our Cancellation/Reschedule Policy and may attract a fee, so we encourage booking only when you're confident you'll be able to attend. We do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed or on deposits. If you have any concerns following your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We genuinely want every client to have a positive experience and will always do our best to assess your concerns and determine the most appropriate resolution.
