Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and verified. Your proof of payment can be sent to us via whatsapp or email.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and applicable rescheduling fees.

Can I get a Brazilian while on my period?

No. We do not perform Brazilian Sugaring services during menstruation. Depending on your needs, we may be able to switch your service to a Bikini or Deep Bikini instead.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. We operate strictly by appointments only.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers in both JMD and USD. Clients paying in USD are charged according to our USD price list. As USD pricing differs from our JMD pricing, please contact us directly for the applicable USD service cost prior to booking.

What if I'm running late?

We offer a 5-minute grace period. Arriving later than this may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, canceled, or subject to additional fees depending on availability.
